The Corporate Identity Number o the company is U65990PB2018PTC047591.
After registration with ROC Chandigarh and fulfilling all the requirements of RBI, the company has gone for NBFI license from Reserve Bank of India and the same was given on 21st October 2019 in the category NBFC-ICC.
Our company’s registered office is in Samana near by Patiala. Team of Hanumant Kripa Easy Finance are the local residence and has been witness of financial need over there and the rejection of their application for finance by reputed financial institutions of country. They want to initiate the lending business from the samana only and then will grow gradually with the help of branches in Patiala and to the other cities of Punjab.
Our aim is to cover to across India gradually and eventually our existence as NBFC be marked as property and name of trust for public at large.
Our mode of operation will be branch based as people are more confident in face to face dealing rather than the digital platforms.
Therefore, we adopt the branch model of operation followed and supported by web based to operate the NBFI business in India. Company shall meet the requirement of master circular direction DNBS.PPD.NO.04/66.15.001/2016-17 dated June 08,2017 of the Reserve Bank of India with proposed basic infrastructure and technology adoption in company.
